The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping mall. The room was comfortable and clean, with good Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. The hotel provided amenities such as a fridge and there were shops and restaurants in close proximity.
The staff's lack of English language proficiency could be challenging for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nur-Sultan. The staff was helpful, making sure we registered at the migration office and assisting us with our itinerary. The location was excellent, in a quiet area with easy access to transportation. We were able to walk to a nearby shopping mall and supermarket, and the Astana Circus was also close by. The hotel hadnice and neat accommodations, with mosquito nets on the windows. The receptionists, though limited in English, were friendly and made us feel at ease. The wifi was excellent and the breakfast, when ordered, was served with a smile.

Spotless room, brand new appearance. Hot powerful shower, fresh towels. Big, comfy bed. Own fridge, desk, and TV. Good location, walking distance to town. 5-minute walk to bus stop with frequent buses.

The staff was helpful. Quiet location with no other hotels nearby. Reasonable price for a mini-hotel. Big shopping mall with supermarket within walking distance. Astana Circus nearby. Good bus connectivity.
